3J Mobile Gaming reserves the right to cancel  an event based on business needs. Should a cancellation be required by 3J Mobile Gaming, the full deposit will be refunded to the customer..

A deposit is required to secure your reservation.  The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.  A valid credit or debit card is required to secure and pay for your reservation.  Corporate Checks, Cashier’s Checks, and Money Orders are other acceptable forms of payment.  We do not accept personal checks!

 A $5.00 Convenience Fee will be charged for any debit/credit card transactions made on the day of the event.

A fee of $100.00 will be charged for any cancellations 3 or more days  prior to the event!

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE FOLLOWING OCCURS:

You cancel your Reservation less than 3 days prior to the event.

You are not at the address provided for the Reservation and do not receive service.

There are no refunds for services performed!

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ALL FUNDS PAID AND ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE!
